I received my Bachelor of Health Science degree from the University of Florida in 2004. I then graduated from Elon University with my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2007. I have worked in multiple physical therapy settings, from pediatrics to geriatrics, working with patient's with orthopedic and neurological disorders. I have experience in Acute care, Outpatient, Home Health, and Skilled Nursing Facilities. I have also worked as a Traveling Physical Therapist on the West Coast. I consider myself to be a "generalist" and I enjoy working with patients of various ages and diagnoses. Since 2012, I have also taught in DPT programs as an Adjunct Professor and as a lab assistant teaching orthopedic, neurologic, and inpatient PT skills. In the clinic, I have served as a Clinical Instructor for multiple DPT and PTA students from various programs and am motivated to help all students grow and learn to become amazing Physical Therapists. In 2015, I was named Clinical Instructor of the Year for Nova Southeastern University's Hybrid DPT program.
